This Privacy Policy explains what information the Android game Arm Wrestling King (팔씨름왕 키우기) (package name com.soft247.armking, the “App”) collects, why it is collected, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

The country code is taken from your device language and region settings; we do not use GPS or location permissions. Your game progress (gold, gems, levels, upgrades, outfits, relics and training items) is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location, and the App does not request any of these permissions.

2. Android ID

The Android ID (Settings.Secure.ANDROID_ID) is a 64-bit identifier that Android assigns to each app and user on a device. The App’s own code does not read, store or send it, but the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) included in the App may access it. It is used to:

• recognise the device so that ads can be shown, measured and frequency-capped;
• detect and prevent invalid ad traffic and fraud;
• serve test ads on registered development devices so that testing never counts as real ad views or clicks;
• act as a fallback identifier when the Advertising ID is unavailable or has been deleted.

The Android ID is not linked to your name, email address or the nickname you use in the ranking, and we do not combine it with other information about you. It changes if the device is factory reset (and, on recent Android versions, it is different for each app signing key). You can limit its use for advertising by opting out of ads personalisation or deleting your Advertising ID in your device settings, and EEA, UK and Swiss users can change their ad consent choice at any time.

3. Ads and consent

The App shows banner ads and optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are only shown when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App asks for your consent through Google’s User Messaging Platform before ads are requested, and you can change your choice at any time from the consent form. Elsewhere you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalisation, in your device settings (Settings › Google › Ads, or Settings › Privacy › Ads, depending on your device). Buying “Remove Ads” in the App removes banner ads and grants ad rewards without showing an ad.

4. Legal bases (EEA and UK users)

• Providing the ranking and delivering purchases: performance of our contract with you.
• Personalised advertising: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Non-personalised advertising, fraud prevention and keeping the App secure: our legitimate interests.

5. Third-party services

The App uses the following services, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with anyone other than the service providers listed above.

6. Retention and deletion

Game progress stays on your device until you use “Reset data” in the App’s settings or uninstall the App. Your ranking record stays on the leaderboard until you ask us to delete it. To delete your ranking record, email 247soft247@gmail.com with your nickname; we will delete it within 30 days. Purchase records are kept by Google Play according to its own policy.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at 247soft247@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Security

Data sent to Google Firebase is encrypted in transit. Access to the ranking database is restricted by security rules so that each player can only write their own record. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

9. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at 247soft247@gmail.com and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
